I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Sicklerville, NJ) in Sep 2015
Interview
Very impressed after I filled out the application they granted me an interview that very day. The interview was the first one I have done in a long time. I just lost my job after 15 years with the company. Because of the economy the company wasn't doing well and the boss couldn't afford to keep me. The person who interviewed me made me feel at ease and expressed they are looking for people like me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jul 2022
Interview
I applied online and got called 2 days later. Went in for the interview. I had to take a math test, once you’re done with the test they’ll have you go to the waiting room. A recruiter will ask you a few questions. I got to pick if I wanted a 5am or 7am and the size of shirt. Then I got asked to go to the warehouse and they showed me around for a bit. I went back to the hiring center to sign some paperwork then got asked if I had time to take a drug test. I said yes since It’ll make it easier than going back and forth. I was there at 8am and got done with everything by 12pm. I got called for orientation about a week later when they got the drug test results.
