The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Wichita Falls, TX) in Sep 2015
Interview
I dropped off an application although they were not hiring at the time and a few weeks later I received a call to come in for an interview. I interviewed with the store manager who was super nice and really conducted the interview much like a conversation rather than a list of questions. There is a math test in which you need to get 8 out of 16 correct. The math problems consist of adding decimals, multiplying decimals, calculating final sale price after a discount percentage is taken off and calculating sales tax.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Pensacola, FL)
Interview
Extremely easy. Was during seasonal so management let pretty much anybody in. Had to take a quick test, which was easy enough. The woman who interviewed me was very personable during the process.
It was very smooth process. They asked me 4 or 5 questions and then let me ask questions. They gave me a tour of the store and introduced me to the other people working there.
The interview process was swift and easygoing. The managers had great personalities and were easy to communicate with. They made you feel at home before you even started the interview.
