The phone interview took about 30 minutes to complete. I was mostly asked questions about my resume. After the phone interview if they like you, you will then have to submit a reference check of at least 7 people. Then you will have to travel to their corporate office and take a test and have another interview. I did not go through with the process past the phone interview, but this is what I was told over the phone.
