I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby in Feb 2011
Interview
I recieved a call 2 days after I submitted an application for a new store that was opening. I went in for the interview the next day. I was asked a couple of personality/standard work questions by one manager, then the other manager came in and told me he would try me out. They had me do a simple math test, then I started working 12 hour days the day after.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Pensacola, FL)
Interview
Extremely easy. Was during seasonal so management let pretty much anybody in. Had to take a quick test, which was easy enough. The woman who interviewed me was very personable during the process.
It was very smooth process. They asked me 4 or 5 questions and then let me ask questions. They gave me a tour of the store and introduced me to the other people working there.
The interview process was swift and easygoing. The managers had great personalities and were easy to communicate with. They made you feel at home before you even started the interview.
