The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hofy (London, England)
Interview
Fast process that was concluded in 2 weeks which was a plus, recruiter over email was pretty impersonal and all emails felt automated. 30 minute discussion with the hiring manager went well but felt very rushed, analysing technical skills, situational questions, stakeholder management, projects that went well/not well
Home task was fun and tested competency pretty well
Met the founder, nice guy but didn’t try to sell me the role so wasn’t a surprise I didn’t get an offer, bit of a strange interview.
Main reason I put negative was because they are more than happy to let you go through all the process and spend hours on a home task but can’t be bothered to give you feedback as to why they rejected you.
Not sure it’s a company I’d want to work for anyway
