3-stage interview process, with each stage being clearly defined upfront. Each stage was inclusive, flexible, friendly, welcoming and relevant. I got the opportunity to speak my line-manager, key peers and one of the founders - This enabled the start of relationship building and certainly made me feel valued and part of the Hofy team (before I had even been offered the role).
