I had a very seamless interview process with Hofy. It can be a nerve-wracking time, and each person I spoke to was supportive and clearly communicated each step of the process. There was never any ambiguity about what each stage of the interview was going to consist of. Each round came with an email including a brief description of what I should expect, and a link to book a time that suited me. I never waited more than a couple of days to hear from Hofy, which put me at ease. There were 3 rounds of interviews, 1) initial chat 2) technical interview 3) final round of questions. At each stage I was able to freely ask questions, and calmly talk about my previous experience.
