There is a four-stage interview process, with each stage adding and building on the stage before. The process is well-organised and runs smoothly. The questions are structured to learn more about you and make sure you are a good fit for the team. Feedback was quick and the timings of interviews were flexible, you can move through the process as quickly as you feel comfortable with. Interview
Interview process had 4 parts. I was scouted by their internal recruiter who we then had a meeting with, went to speak to their Sales Lead, ran an exercise with COO, and then chat with CEO. It was smooth and well organised.
