I received a phone call to discuss qualifications. The questions ranged from mix design knowledge to experience handling concrete. Additionally, how much experience I have working on my own because time management and self discipline are a big part of this position.
A very nice interviewer and team which are good to join when you talk to them. But it could be better if not working hours can be flexible. Otherwise, it can’t attract the right talent
