They unfortunately already filled the position by the time I had the interview. The interview was more introductory than anything. The co-owner I was interviewed was a friendly man. He went into a lot of detail about how he likes to promote from within and grow his talents. I was asked to consider working in food & beverages; I declined.

They will send you an email or a call for an interview, and then on the day of the interview, there will be 2-3 interviewers who will do the interview. One of them is the front desk manager and the HR manager. After the interview, they will call you 2-3 days to talk to their General Manager and will announce that you passed.

Interview
The General Manager interview you and ask few questions about your background and ask you to tell her briefly why you want to be part of the company. She is super polite and educated. I really enjoyed the interview process before get hired.
It was great. Had a good one on one with the manager where we spoke of the job duties and answered all questions that I had about the job and job process.
