Interview
Very informal. Out in the Prefunction area in front of random hotel guests. Female Manager interviewed me and glared at me the entire time as though she was examining me. I should have known that it was the direct result of her disgusting lack of effective management skills. She only asked me a few questions, and I was honest with her about every single one. I was offered the job via email two days later. There was no background check, no drug screen. I guess I should have also known that this was a strong indication of the quality of character of the people I’d unfortunately be working with.
Short and to the point, not much fuss, Questions about OPERA and other PMS Systems. Experience in hospitality helps and basic computer skills along with soft skills and a friendly nature to interact with people.
