The interview lasted an hour and seemed to go fairly well. I took the time to prepare thoroughly and felt engaged during the conversation. However, after the interview, I never heard back from the company—not even a generic follow-up email or status update. It was disappointing, especially after investing time and effort into the process. Clear communication, even just a brief note, would have been appreciated. Especially with this coming from the recruiting department, I would have expected better from them.
