I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Holland & Knight (Brandon, FL) in Mar 2020
Interview
The interview was very easy, the hiring manager was nice and didn't ask too many technical questions which I was surprised about. more of a personality hire than anything. The interview was 1:1 and lasted about 45 minutes. most of the time was spent talking about non-IT related things.

Interview
I first saw the IT Support Specialist position off Indeed, once you apply it will take you to their company website to officially apply there. I then got a email from their HR Recruiter to set up a interview with another HR person. It was a phone interview with a HR person from their Florida location and it was basically just going over who I was, my experience, what do I look to gain or bring to the law firm and where do I see myself in the future. I applied to this position because I fell within the pay range and when we talked about the paid, they said that they don't follow the 40 hours a week but like 37.5 hours so the pay was less than expected. I told them I would still listen and see how things were, the HR person said they would put that in the notes for the IT manager. They said the next step would be a 30 minute video interview with the IT manager and I should hear back by the end of the week. I haven't heard back so I figure they couldn't afford to offer the pay I wanted or just wanted someone else.
