There were a total of 3 interviews excluding the initial phone screening with HR. This process took a total of 6 weeks. The initial HR Analyst contract ended after the new year and there was no communication for 2 weeks. My initial interview took place on the 11th of December and went all the way through to the final interview which was held on January 24th. No additional contact has been received. An offer is not made for every position applied or interviewed for. However, after a candidate takes the time to interview 3 times which is a bit excessive in itself,, have the professional decency to dignify them with a formal "No Thank You". Ghosting in this day and age has become so common. It is inconsiderate of the efforts that candidates make to interview with a potential employer. I was not expecting such unprofessional treatment from a law firm of this caliber.
