Interview
The interview was very thorough and involved meeting with multiple attorneys. The hiring people were very responsive and able to answer follow-up questions. Each attorney spent as much time as needed discussing the firm and their role. Everyone was transparent and honest.
The interview process was relatively informal as most screener interviews tend to be. One partner and the hiring manager conducted the interview. They asked what drew me to the geographic region in which I applied and what exactly drew me to law school.
