Group interview (3 people) Standard questions (Not all is asked)— Why are you interested in working in retail, specifically the Abercrombie & Fitch, Abercrombie Kids, Hollister, and Gilly Hicks brands? Tell me about a time you had to deal with a challenging customer/teammate/classmate etc. How did you react? What was the outcome? What is one of your favorite fashion trends right now? How would you recommend a customer outfit that trend? What are you most proud of? And what drove you to achieve it? What has been the hardest you've ever had to work? How did you handle it? What did you achieve? Tell me about a time you received some challenging feedback? How did you take it? What did you do with it? Tell me about a time you had to do something that wasn't your responsibility to benefit the whole? If offered this position, what future plans, if any, do you have that would require you leave? Casual attire, although avoid wearing anything explicitly mentioning another brand js for curtsey sake.

Very simple easy interview process! Found questions online and it pretty much matched that! Manager was very kind and supportive. Had a verbal interview on site and started work soon after!

The interview was a group interview. I was then sent an email later that day including the job offer. After that, I got a phone call to set up an orientation date.
