Interview
All you have to do to apply there is just go into the store you want to work at, and you can fill out an application on a computer near the registers. After filling the application out, it will let you choose your interview date. They generally have two interview dates almost every week.
When you go for the interview, you just go to the store and tell them you are there for the interview and you will probably wait in the lounge area until the manager is ready. There will probably be anywhere from 2-6 other people that will be there for the interview as well. When he comes out he will ask for your name and probably take you to the food court or another place to do the interview.
You can dress casually, you don't necessarily have to wear any Hollister but I recommend it. And don't wear black. I also recommend being yourself, the managers do not like "fake" people so just relax and answer the questions with personality.
