It was a group interview with 3 other people. The manger went around and asked us basic questions like why Hollister, tell me about yourself, etc. It was very short from what I remember and more relaxed with other people around. I felt like the manager did just base his decision on looks and confidence though...so come in dressed in Hollister gear and speak up so you're not lost in the loud music.

They choose who they like. Not difficult just don't be weird. There lost their sheen recently though so you should be fine if you don't fit the mold. Is there not 30 words yet this is ridiculous I don't know if I can trust this site
