Interview
I went in a couple of weeks ago to apply and was given the date for my interview. When I arrived for the interview 5 minutes early (like they told me to when they called to confirm) there were around 15 other people. We waited like 20 minutes until the manager finally came out and they took us to the food court where they split us into two groups. Then they asked us about us and diversity and similar questions.
They will ask “what does diversity mean to you?” And it was a group interview at the time, taking turns asking each person and having them answer in front of the other.
Super easy and laid back with an emphasis on diversity. Be yourself and don’t over dress. Keep smiling and don’t forget to bring real world examples. It is a group interview
