Interview
I was in the store just shopping when they asked me if I would be interested in working there. I said sure, so they directed me to an application kiosk in-store. It was really very simple. Fill it out, sign up for an interview (they are always on Tuesdays and Fridays at 4:00 pm) and just show up on time. These are group interviews that really don't matter that much. After working there for awhile I learned that they usually know beforehand who they will hire based on looks. So yes, some of the least intelligent people in the interviews will sometimes get the job simply based on their appearance. Just be comfortable with yourself at the interview and don't be nervous or self conscious. All the questions are easy, such as: if you had to describe yourself in one word what would it be? What words would you use to describe Hollister's style? And there is one question that is ALWAYS asked to every candidate... What is your definition of diversity? As long as you say anything besides "I don't know" and you're not completely uncomfortable in your own skin the interviews are a breeze and mostly just for show.

They choose who they like. Not difficult just don't be weird. There lost their sheen recently though so you should be fine if you don't fit the mold. Is there not 30 words yet this is ridiculous I don't know if I can trust this site
