Hollister is always hiring and and you fill out an application on the kiosk by the cash register. On the application it will ask you if you were recruited by a worker, don't lie about that cus they will mention it at the interview. Also, they don't care if you don't have any work experience. At the end of the application, you have to schedule an interview date which is only on Tuesdays and Fridays around 4pm. And they don't call or email to remind you about your interview so make sure you know what date and time.
To the interview, wear anything grey, white, or navy for the top (no graphic tees), dark wash denim jeans, and flipflops; preferably from Hollister. Wear little make-up; wear only mascara, foundation, blush, and lipgloss. Don't curl your hair like you're going to prom. Straighten it or make it look wavy or just leave it natural.
*NO EYELINER, nail polish, face piercings, crazy hair colors, or crazy jewelry
For your interview, wait in the lounge (where the couches are at), and you won't be the only one interviewing. When it's time, the manager will take you all to the food court for a group interview but models and impacts are asked different questions. They ask you a total of 5 questions and don't be surprised if they are monotoned or seem to careless about the interview because they were trained to be that way because so many people call and ask 'Why didn't I get hired you seemed to like all my answers?'
They will let you know if you got the job within a week but at most 2 weeks. If you don't get a call by then, that means you didn't get the job. DON'T CALL to ask about the status of your application, they get annoyed by that.
