Arrived at the interview 10 minutes before as I was told to and had to wait past my interview time until some one came and told us to sign in. The questions did not allow the candidates to actually express themselves to allow the interviewer to get to know us. I had applied online and the other candidate had applied in store and the manager was all happy and greeting him. I felt there was a preference I do not know if they knew each other but every time he answered a question she would agree with him and smile alot even when his answers were similar to mine. I felt that two people being interview at the same time was not a very good idea because preferences can be set up and they wont allow the opportunity for the other person.

It was unexpected and I answered it but it also suprised me afterwards because when I was in the store the only people working there are African American or White and I am Hispanic.
