You apply in the store then they call you to schedule an interview. It is a group interview. Go looking natural but still put together and probably wear their clothes (minimal makeup for girls). They ask you questions about working in a team, example of when you worked well on a project, what diversity means, how well you work with other people, etc.

This was not a hard question for me but I know one of the main reasons they do not hire people is because they cannot answer the question "what is diversity and what does it mean to you?"
group interview in food court; asked us a question all at once and answered one by one. Went really well and everyone gave really good answers. lot of opportunities to move up in store.
Very friendly and professional. Was able to get my questions answered and get a better understanding of what working there is like. Seems to be a good team, everyone was nice.
