Interview
Came in and waited on chairs in front of register for about 10 minutes. An employee came up to me and I wrote my name and the date on a clipboard. There was only one other girl applying, but for the model position so we were interviewed seperatly. Very informal interviw, took place in front of the store. Very short and simple, only 3 questions. They told me the format of the interview right away and said if i didn't get a call within a week I could apply for the other position. Got a call 4 days later.

Group interview with around 6-8 people. Formulaic questions. Very easy to prepare, much info online about what questions they ask. Lasted about 30 minutes. They take your photo at the end.
Easy, basic questions. I do think there may be a bias towards some people but overall was a basic interview. Not sure how they run it now but my interview was done in the mall food court.
