I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hollister Co. in Jan 2020
Interview
The first time I interviewed, they did it in a group setting with 4-5 other people. They would ask a question and pick on someone and if you were the first to answer that was great but if you were last, you were scrambling to find a unique answer that someone else hadn't said already.
The second time I interviewed, they stated I would receive a call from one of their associates whether I got the position or not. I never received a phone call.
