Usually always group interviews, so you take turns answering questions. It’s very laid back and stress free. They ask questions about clothing, style, trends, and how you would help customers. About a 20 minute interview process.

What is your favorite fashion trend and how do you incorporate it in your everyday style?
Group interview, in the mall, with other people, all together. A few managers asking questions of the group all together. It was not difficult at all really. It was quick and easy.

Very easy group interview. Asked how I would sell the outfit I’m wearing. Also asked how I would approach and sell to customers. It was very relaxed and informal making it more like a basic conversation with the manager.
