I applied online, received an invite for a virtual interview, did not move forward from that though. Otherwise relatively straight forward process. Had around ~7 questions overall, motivational and behavioural.

It’s usually pretty chill. Most interviews happen in the store and are done in small groups with other people applying for the job. It’s not super formal—more like a casual chat. Sometimes it’s just you and the manager, especially if you’re applying for a higher position. They also sometimes do video interviews online.

1 interviewer and 3 interviewees. Each got turns answering the questions. The interviewer was friendly. I would say the interview lasted around 30 minutes but that also takes into account everyone speaking.
