A manager interviewed about 8 - 10 people in a group and we took turns answering three questions. It was about 10 minutes. The questions were based off our opinions, and in my experience, were not about our experience or skills.

Something like: What do you like about Hollister? (What do you experience when you walk in. Are the employees helpful? Are they welcoming and approachable?)
In what process do you think you'd be more likely to sell more clothes and get more engagement?
- When the costumer walks in and is browsing
- When they are in the fitting rooms trying on clothes
- When they are at the cash register ready to pay
I did a video interview and it went well, they ask me to do an in-person interview so I am waiting on that right now. The video interview was eight questions.
