The interview lasted about twenty minutes, pretty short and unorganized. The hiring manager was late and unprofessional because he was texting on his cell phone throug the whole process because he had an happy hour scheduled right in the hotel lobby right after our interview.

Ich hatte ein Vorstellungsgespräch mit der Personalabteilung und anschließend mit dem Hiring Manager. Beide Gespräche waren sehr angenehm, und der Bewerbungsprozess war durchweg transparent. Besonders geschätzt habe ich, dass man sich nach der Absage die Zeit genommen hat, mir ein Feedback zu meiner Bewerbung zu geben. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung!
It was an awful process. People kept changing jobs, a director was no longer there everything was put on hold. Then started again. They promoted new Director that had no clue what they are looking for. Dragged candidates along for months and then were surprised when I was no longer interested 6 months later. The ignorance of the company showed and leadership lacking if they think this is a good impression for a potential candidate. This points to a Ron I’d red flags to run fast!!!
