Question 1
Name a time you had a setback or hardship in a project and how did you overcome it?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hologic in Oct 2021
Interview
Three to four interviews. First interview is with HR and then increases in seniority. Pretty standard questions. Review the requirements and be prepared to walk the interviewer through your qualifications. Be ready to provide examples. Don’t ask about room for growth.

Question 1
A penguin shows up to your door wearing a sombrero. What’s the first thing you say?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hologic (Marlborough, MA)
Interview
Most uncoordinated interview process I have ever experienced. Series of phone calls to start. I was scheduled to travel onsite to meet with two people, and then hiring manager made them phone calls within 24 hours, and on the day I was to travel to their location. Then they scheduled the typical half day onsite with 4 out of 6 interviews virtual, and no F2F with hiring manager. After realizing the importance of meeting the hiring manager they pulled together an onsite with half the interviews virtual. The lack of coordination and lack of value on F2F, really made me feel like Hologic does not value relationships and no one talks to each-other.
