50 word minimum is going to be difficult because the process was so quick and easy. Let's face it, there aren't enough CNAs around and the ones that don't have a job well there's a good reason for that! When I applied the interview was immediate and very fast...maybe 15 minutes? All I had to do was show them I could breathe and had a certification and I immediately started working the next day. That's it!
