It was an excruciatingly long three interview process... each interview was one and a half to two hours long. The first interview was with one of the owners they go through a huge list of questions and then invite you back for a second interview if they feel you passed the first one. The second interview was with both of the owners and in this case they give you about 2 hours worth of scenario type questions on what would you do in this situation or what have you encountered in the past Etc. The third interview starts out with the owners and then you are redirected to everybody else in the office where they each get to question you like you're on trial it was super uncomfortable and not very professional.
