Long, multi-step process for a position that was to assist the HR Director and help with training. Interviewers required standard interview, followed by a multimedia training presentation for a panel along with skill demonstration in a clinical field. The next step involved reviewing and examining sample paperwork for errors which took over an hour. Spent a total of 20+ hours in preparations, presentation, interviewing, and travel during this process. No one from Home Instead Senior Care called or emailed to state that I didn't get the job and all attempts to contact to follow up went unanswered.
