Applied online, received email to ring to organise interview. Interview consisted of filling in an application form similar to a CV with 3 career/education referees and 3 character referees. Availability, past jobs and education were required. Several scenario questions were asked and a description of the company and what the job/training process entailed

The Pre interview phone call, was to say the least, poorly conducted. Having previously worked PT for the company, albeit a different franchisee, I wanted to return PT, to assist people in need and dementia laden. Although I stated clearly on the pre interview phone call that I was only interested in PT and not prepared to do personal care, I was invited to the interview. At the interview it became very clear when they repeatedly mentioned personal care. It was apparent that I was there at their request on false pretences. I explained the pre interview call and reiterated the conversation and said that there was a failing, an over site on their part, but I was happy to walk away. The Principal, the franchisee then came in into the interview room and started the most unprofessional tirade I have ever witnessed. This man had no respect for me, I'm 70, and I left, concerned about the drive in him as not being the best, nor his respect for staff or potential staff
