The interview process was quick and easy. It helped that I gave the manager a copy of my resume. He was able to quickly see I had experience at a grocery retail store prior coming on board to Home Goods. It was just one interview. No second interview (probably not necessary)

Question 1
The most difficult question I got was, was I okay with the base pay rate seeing as to how I did have previous work-related experience. That was the most difficult question because I knew deep down that the pay rate was really low. But being desperate for a job, I took it anyways. Looking back on it, I accepted a pay cut.
Very quick and easy interview process. Manager was nice and gave me a tour. I got an in person interview maybe 5 days after applying. Really enjoyed working here at Homegoods with amazing people.
