I was referred by a recruiter. She took a long time to respond to me but I don't know if that was on her end or theirs. The interview was in person, very relaxed and conversational.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HomeServe USA (Chattanooga, TN) in Nov 2021
Interview
Applied online and a few weeks later got a call from HR for the initial screening. It ended up having to be rescheduled which was no big deal. I thought the conversation went well and was told it would be a couple weeks for the next step since the hiring manager was new. I followed up when I was told to do so since I had not heard anything and she never replied back. I could have texted her but I figured why bother, if someone cannot reply to an email with a status, probably not a place I want to work.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HomeServe USA (Canonsburg, PA) in Jul 2017
Interview
I was first approached by an external recruiter and was immediately attracted to the position. It's nearby my previous job, so the location was great. The interview process was a little long, but that was due to the hiring manager's travel schedule, and the difficulties in coordinating meetings with other company executives.
