Was very professional. I started out interviewing with my direct supervisor. After that I was called back 2 days later to come interview with the Sr. VP. It was a more informative session, and we really dove into my business, what I bring to the table, and where the company and I had the best matches for future gains. Overall I would rate the process an A.

Met with the Senior Vice President. He was very easy going and laid back. He asked if I had any questions. Since I came in from an employee referral, I didn't interview with any of the other management team.

Interview
I did a face to face interview with two different managers and I did a phone interview with the director of business development. A person with HR was the person that originally reached out to me. She found me on LinkedIn and sent me a message. Each interview was around 30-45 minutes and the phone interview was 10 minutes. Nothing surprising during the process, its was what I expected.
