Two interviews. 1) With IT manager and the lead DB developer, Technical and competency questions about my IT skills, What i would do if X happen and my roles and other companies 2) IT Director, Property industry and competency questions. Ask the DB dev why he liked working there, He laughed and said he was leaving, he then back tacked and said Oh because I am moving house. I should have read more into this before taking the job!
