The whole process took less than three weeks from HR through Hiring manager to the offer letter. First interview with the HR was a phone screening. Next one was onsite panel interview with the hiring manager, and the engineering team. Onsite interview was focusing more on behavioral question, STAR method question than technical questions. All of my examples, and scenarios were from previous job experience. Honda team were really professional, and friendly at the same time. I received an offer from Honda Precision Parts of GA, and an X company at the same time. I decided to go with X.
