There are 2 stages of interviews. First round was about yourself, experience and etc. Second round was a presentation of the assignment given. Topic is definitely about the job, try to think outside of the box. Assignment was given a week prior so you’ll have ample time to prepare. The salary offers was good and really competitive. Their culture is really about empowering everyone - coming from a Japanese based MNC. Overall, really a pleasant experience interviewing with them.
