One general test for about 100 people just for a slot, afterwards 2 interviews. One with the who team members (about 15 people & 5 from HR). Only about 5 people asked questions. Second one was with management team. It was surprised to hear they only get back to successful candidate. For me that is bad - applicant deserves the right to know if it is black or green. The lack in this aspect.
