Interview was done over the phone with Elwood Staffing recruiter. They asked if you had GED or high school diploma. They asked about criminal history, for both felonies or misdemeanors. She explained the pay and bonus structure as well as beginning at temp status and possibility of retention by Honda after 6 months.
