Process moved very quickly -- spoke to a recruiter, then a VP, then onsite interview all within a week. Interview was poorly structured -- each interviewer asked me the same question, and then only had one or two others to ask that were all very basic. Didn't seem like they really knew what would make a good candidate or what questions to ask, but everyone was friendly and the day was overall pleasant. After I interviewed, I had no answer for nearly a month so I had to reach out myself multiple times. Eventually I got an answer back -- the role had changed, and the recruiter I was working with had left. Seems quite odd and unprofessional to leave a candidate in the dark for so long, interviewing is expensive and time consuming, the least you can do is inform the candidate of the final decision within a reasonable time frame.
