Started with a phone screen with a recruiter who asked basic questions about background, interest and ability to relocate. I was then given a take-home assessment in which I had to choose a product I liked and describe why I liked it and why their business model is effective. The second part was creating a pitch/presentation for a new product line for the business. It ended up being quite a bit of work for a single submission so getting no feedback and just a generic rejection was hugely disappointing.
