After applying online, got an email for a phone screening that was behavioral. Pretty basic stuff about your background, technical experiences, your goals. They then got back to me with their decision after a week.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Honey in Nov 2018
Interview
I met the company at a campus career fair and applied online. Was given an online coding challenge a few weeks later to be completed with a week, which I took and was unable to move on to the next round.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honey (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard - started with a phone screen with a recruiter who asked me about my background, skills, and interest in working at Honey. After that, I was sent a link to a Codility challenge which tested me on basic concepts of coding and algorithms/data structures.
After passing the Codility challenge, I was invited for an onsite interview. I had two back-to-back interviews in the afternoon, each about an hour long. The first interview was a standard algorithm whiteboarding question (so study up on Leetcode, cracking the coding interview, and be comfortable with writing code on a whiteboard). The second interview was more related to systems design, where I was asked to describe a personal project I would want to work on over a weekend and how I would go about implementing it. Both interviews asked me questions on cultural fit and allowed me time to ask any questions at the end.
The entire process was really smooth and the recruiters were always quick to get in touch.
