Interview
Phone interview, personal interview on site. Now that I'm working here, I can say many of the jobs do not derive from skills learned in a degree program. There are lots of company specific processes and tools that are learned on the job. The interviewer is mostly looking to see if you're someone who is willing to learn and open to working hard while you do.

Got this interview at a career fair on campus. Two interviews with hiring manager. First interview was just screening interview, so pretty quick and basic. Reviewed resume and asked questions based on that, also gauged interests and compatibility with teams that are hiring at the company. Second round was longer, around an hour or so. This interview consisted of behavioral questions, more questions on resume, problem-solving conceptual/technical questions.
