I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Kansas City, MO) in Jul 2021
Interview
Great interview process but about a month long. The first interview was a phone screen with an HR member just gathering basic information and asking questions about your resume for further review. Then I moved to the second interview that was a 4 person panel, lasts about 30 minutes and it was really about getting to know you and asking questions about your resume and personal experience, very painless. The third and final interview was a 2 part panel, 45 minutes each. The first one was with the hiring manager and a developer, mainly getting to know you some more and various behavioral questions. The second panel was with a few devs, no coding interview, it was just several technical questions and getting an idea of your programming experience. All of the interviewers were very friendly and open to your questions.

Question 1
Asked whether I had any experience with some of the technologies listed in the job description. What were my strengths and weaknesses? How do I go about getting help? Mainly just behavioral questions.
Called by recruiter 3 months after applying. She was kind of my first interviewer. Then the second one was a week after and very easy mainly are you willing to learn and wanted to get to know you. Then held a quick call the next day wanting to extend offer
