I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Raleigh, NC) in Jun 2022
Interview
First HR email asking my qualifications and then a call covering those qualifications again in more detail. After that got set up for a call with the project manager. Before this call I had a very hard time getting a response from the recruiter confirming the date and time. Next was the technical interview. Same issue with the HR not confirming my time until the day before. Interview went well, I was told someone would get back by end of next week. I was then sent an HR online assessment, completed that. After hearing nothing for a week, I contacted the person I was told to contact and all I got was I forwarded your email to the hiring manager. It's been almost three weeks and I have heard absolutely nothing. I reached out to all the people I communicated with during the process and got no responses. I assume they moved on with other candidates but feels very unprofessional to not get even a yes or no response after going through the entire interview process.
My interview process included an online assessment, a technical interview focused on coding, projects, and core subjects, followed by a managerial/HR round to discuss teamwork, communication, and career goals. Overall, it was a structured process that evaluated both technical skills and cultural fit.

Recruiter call (45 mins) and main round met with 3 people and talked. One leetcode medium, behavioral, and one system design. Overall process was smooth and would not worry to much just make sure you study.
