Hays is the worst recruiting company I have ever seen, the process took 6 months due to some internal misscomunication, every internal recruitment is a pain. They have no idea what the roles are in real life and if you fail, you don't receive any feedback because it's not their job anymore.

Interview
It was okay overall, but it took a relatively long time until I got the confirmation for the final interview, especially since there have been 3 interviews in total. The tests have been relatively easy to fill in and the face to face interviews have been pleasant and without weird / irrelevant questions.
