Worst interview experience I've ever had: I applied online, and the recruiter messaged me for a conversation. After sharing my availability, the recruiter ghosted me. After multiple follow-ups, they finally replied with an online assessment, giving me only 48 hours. No preliminary call, however! Post-assessment, they promptly praised my performance and set up a talk with the hiring manager. The call with the manager felt bizarre; they appeared uninterested and dismissive. Uncomfortable throughout, they asked me to rate myself and inquire about my current salary but never discussing my experience or fit. Why even interview if you are so uninterested or don't keep an open-mind ?! I immediately withdrew my application, regretting my decision to apply. The "Blind" reviews and experiences proved true!

Very unprofessional process, focused on other than professional achievements and qualities, formal asking of irrelevant questions aiming to disparage and negate the potential, was not aiming to involve but to find reasons not to cooperate, HR treated as if already guilty in something , the hiring manager was very arrogant and bossy.
